Stewart, Mary Elizabeth

Mary Elizabeth Stewart, 49, of Hopewell, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2012. Mrs. Stewart loved listening to country music. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Mrs. Stewart is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Redick Warren Sr. and Virginia Dare Rogers Warren. She is survived by her son, Keith Allen Stewart II and wife Kristina; daughter, Elizabeth Blair Stewart; granddaughters, Skyler Nicole and Aaliyah Carol Stewart; brothers, Henry Warren Jr. and wife Dot, and Randy Warren and wife Lynn; sisters, Linda Barnes and husband Calvin, Virginia Auen, and Lisa Warren; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Carol Corn. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bermuda Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4240 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060. Condolences may be registered online at www.jtmorriss.com.

Your Dad just came and told me the news. I am so sorry for your loss. I pray that God will comfort you in this difficult time and help you thorugh the grieving process. Now she is cancer free and in her new spiritual body and rejoicing in Heaven that she is now well and pain free finally. Big hugs to you!
