Sturm, Joyce A.Friday, March 26, 2010
Joyce Ann Sturm 63, of Prince George passed away Friday March 26, 2010. She was predeceased by her father Charles S. Stiffler, daughter Amy Jo Sturm and a brother, Donnie Stiffler. Joyce was a loving and devoted mother who loved her children with all of her heart. She was especially devoted to her grandchildren and thought the sun rose and set in them. She was a true giver, not a taker and family always came first. She is survived by her mother Marjorie Patterson Stiffler, her loving husband, of 48 years, Leonard A. Sturm, Sr. of Prince George, sons: Lenny Sturm, Jr. & wife Jeri of Chesterfield, Dustin Sturm of Prince George, Jason Sturm & wife Donna of Hopewell, Greg Sturm & wife Brandy of Prince George, grandchildren: Victoria, Kayleigh, Delaney, Dawson, Amy Jo, Corbin Sturm, sisters: Sally Cree, Karen Daniels, Nancy Forsht, & brother Charles Stiffler, Jr.. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home Tuesday March 30, 2010 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday March 31, 1:00 PM with Rev Andrew Davis officiating. Interment will be in Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Amelia Virginia.
