Angeline Rasnick Martin, 80 of Chesterfield, VA entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 13, 2010 in Fincastle, VA. Angeline was preceded in death by her parents, Willie H. and Millie Stanley Rasnick, three brothers, George Rasnick, Elmer Rasnick, John Rasnick, a sister, Margaret Dean and her loving and faithful husband Anderson James Martin. She was born in Nellie Ridge, VA and had been a resident of the Chester area for many years. Angeline was an active member of Unity Baptist Church in Prince George, VA and was employed by Honeywell Corporation for thirty years while she was raising her family. She is remembered by her family and friends as a devoted mother who touched the lives of many. Angeline exhibited love and kindness to everyone who came into her life. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Patsy Montz, and Linda Bartlett and husband Chuck, son Garry Martin, her grandchildren, Diane Ridgway and husband William, Rebecca Barringer and husband Peter, Charles Bradley Bartlett and wife Barbara and Michael Guza, great grandchildren Chelsea Gilbert, Noah and Parker Ridgway, three brothers, Glen Rasnick and wife Hannah, Hampton Rasnick and wife Elsie, James Rasnick and wife Donna, a sister Lucille Hewlett and a brother-in-law Johnny Dean. A private interment will be held in the cemetery prior to a celebration of her life at Unity Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Chris Jenkins officiating. A reception will follow in the church social hall. Memorial contributions may be made to Unity Baptist Church, 4951 Mt. Sinai Road, Prince George, VA 23875. The family is being served by the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. Condolences may be registered with www.jtmorriss.com

We will pray for you Patsy and your family... I am so sorry to hear of the lost of your mother. Very, Very sweet lady! I had no idea she was 80. beautiful sweet lady! Angie I will miss you! You are an angel!

I used to see Aunt Ann at Dad's house a lot. Some times they would sit around and talk about their past. She used to walk home from school with Dad to spend time with him and was still spending time with him 70 years later. I'm going to miss her.

WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR OF THE LOSS OF ANN.SHE WAS A SWEET LADY.SHE WAS ALWAYS NICE TO EVERYONE.SHE IS NOT SUFFERING NOW AND IN A BETTER PLACE.HER FAMILY ARE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.

Sorry we didn't get a chance to know each other longer. But happy we were able to spend time
together at the family picnic and at her home.
