Pei De “Victor Chow” Zhou, 87, a native of Shanghai, China and a Petersburg resident passed away on March 9, 2010. He is survived by his son, Peter Chow of Chesterfield, VA and two daughters, Mabel Chow Wei of Long Island, NY and Susan Chow of Millington, NJ; one brother, Johnson H. Chow of Galion, OH and two sisters, Lily Zhou of Shanghai, China and Betsy Zhou of Forest Hills, NY; two grandsons, John Oliver Wei, Jr. and Zachary Chan; one granddaughter, Annika Chan; a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. His remains rest at J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, 103 S. Adams St., Petersburg, VA. The funeral services will be held 10:00 am Saturday, March 13, 2010 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.
