Maile, Thomas R. Sr.

Thomas Rodney Maile, Sr. 62, of Enon, died Thursday, February 4, 2010. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired machine operator with DuPont (ICI) Mr. Maile was preceded in death by his parents, Claudius Eugene and Wilma Alexander Maile, Jr. and a son, Matthew E. Maile. Surviving are his wife Madeline Ellison Maile of Enon, sons, Thomas R. Maile, Jr.and wife Paula of Prince George, Jordan A. Maile and wife Julie of Hopewell, Shawn W. Maile of Enon, Brian C. Maile and wife Katie of Hopewell, Kevin S. Stotesberry and wife Kim of Chester, J. Adam Stotesberry and wife Crystal of Hopewell, Thomas J. Stotesberry and wife Crystal of Chester, daughters, Terri M. Guilliams and husband Bobby of Enon, Sara R. Maile of Enon, 16 grandchildren, a sister, Jennie M. Faris of Hopewell, a brother, Claudius E. Maile III of Richmond, Rodger D. Maile of New York. Much loved and will be missed by many. The family will receive friends Monday, February 8, 2010 from 7-8:30 in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at 11:00 A M in the Hopewell chapel with Rev. Loren Million, pastor of Dinwiddie Church of the Nazrene officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park, Chester, Va. Condolences may be registered with jtmorriss.com

Terri and family:

I'm so sorry to hear about Tom and so sorry for your loss. I'll never forget the times Tom came to medical: he always had a joke for me or would play some kind of trick on me and of course our long talks. I know he loved all his family very much. May God be with you through this sad time and if you need anything I'm here for you, too.

Madeline and family;
We know this is a difficult time and you're in our prayers ... Rembering times at Ukrop's when I was still working and Tom would come in for the specials for his family he loved....John remembers the 30 plus year of working together...and knowing he will be missed by many...
