Reese, Ruby P.

Ruby P. Reese, 88, of Petersburg, died Sunday, December 20, 2009. She was predeceased by her husband William D. Reese and a daughter Peggy R. Britton. She is survived by her daughter, Linda R. Bean of Petersburg; three grandchildren, Christopher A. Bean and wife, Celeste, Elizabeth A. Elmore all of Dinwiddie, and Roland E. Britton, III of Chesterfield; great-grandson, Kogar J. Elmore of Dinwiddie; son-in-law, Roland E. Britton, Jr. of Chesterfield; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Matoaca Baptist Church with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Southlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Matoaca Baptist Church Building Fund/Chair Fund, 6409 River Road, Matoaca, VA 23803.
