Lowrance, Faye R.

Faye Redmon Lowrance, 94, of Hopewell, died Tuesday, June 17, 2009 in Hopewell Health Care Center. Mrs. Lowrance was born in Madison County, N. C. and was a retired Civil service employee with Civilian Personnel with Ft. Lee. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Troy and Rosalie Ramsey Redmon, her husband, William Raymon Lowrance, a son, William R. Lowrance, Jr. and son-in-law, Ed Waskey. Surviving are her daughters, Judy L. Cody and husband Doyle of Mars Hill, NC., Jennifer L. Waskey of Hopewell, daughter-in-law, Carolyn B. Lowrance, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, five sisters, Edith Terry and Jamie Briggs both of Mars Hill, NC., Ruth Johnson of Buffalo Ridge, S.D., Zane Crowling of Norfolk, Va., Joan Walsh of Oak Ridge, TN, a brother, Jackson Troy Redmon of Livingston, MT., sisters-in-law, Jean Lowance and Mildred Lowrance both of Charlotte, NC , Margie Lowrance and a special friend, Nancy Johnson both of Matthews, NC. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 20, 2009 at 11:00AM in Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, Cornelius, NC.
