We met Daphine some years ago when she came to visit her sister, Dorothy, in Winston-Salem. Through several years we enjoyed her company whenever she visited. She was ever in our prayers throughout this illness, and we shall continue to keep the family in our prayers in the days ahead. May God comfort your hearts.

Today I heard the bells ringing
Ringing loud and clear,
For God called your loved one home
And I know you miss her dear.
I had the pleasure of meeting her a few years back when she came to my house with Thelma Mullens and we had a great time together. I will to think of her often and miss her.
I send my thoughts & prayers to your family. Daphine & my mother, Thelma, were very good friends. I live in Ocala, Florida. Daphine & mom had a nice visit with us here in June 2006. May good memories comfort you always.
