Cam was a great person who I used to ride the bus with down Maravista Ave. to Morse Pond and then to Lawrence Junior high. He was quiet, but always nice and easy to talk to. I remember when I heard that he was marrying Tara, my partner in crime for so many years. My lovable, boisterous and generous friend is lucky to have been his wife. And now Tara will have the bittersweet joy of raising Madison and Cami and sharing with them the stories of her life with Cam and seeing him in their precius faces. My prayers go out to Tara, Madison and Cami as they say goodbye for now to a wonderful husband, father and man who I knew as a boy.
Cam is cancer free now and has no pain. He will always be watching over you, Tara, and the girls. I was blessed to be a part of Cam's last day and was overwhelmed with the peace that he had. Cam loved Tara and adored his two girls. He fought every day to be here to take care of them. He even worked up until the end so he could take care of his girls. Cam was a true inspiration and I will always remember to "never ever ever give up" and that when something bad happens that "it is just a bump in the road." I will be here for you and the girls, Tara. My thoughts and prayers continue for the three of you. Love ya!
Dearest Tara, I never forget the great memories I have with you and Cam. The lobster dinner at your house in Falmouth, the trip to Universal, Florida....I am so fortunate to have had the chance in a life a time to have such great memories with you and the love of your life. Thank You. Cam was very dear to all of us. I will miss him very much. My prayers are with you, Madison and Cami.
Cam's story and life are told through the good deeds he acomplished, the one's he loved, and God. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can take or steal. The saddness you feel today is to be remembered as it will always remind you of the love you that you are blessed with. This will bring a smile to your hearts. I worked with Cam and know from the dealings I had with him that he was a gentle soul. God Bless!
Cam was an amazing individual. I've worked with Cam for many years and I have to say that you never once questioned his strength, love for his family and faith. I would read his messages to the team about his progress and it always made me realize what was truly important in life and to stop and smell the roses once in a while.
The service today was an honor for me to be a part of. The love and devotion that his family and friends have for Cam will carry them all through this difficult time. The sun has shined on me for knowing him.
Cam was a great guy and I will always remember his northern accent and his quiet, gentle, easy-going demeanor. He was always so great to my son, Reese, whenever we saw him. His funeral service was beautiful -- very positive and uplifting. Cam always thought of others, even in writing a letter for all of us to read/hear after he had left us. Tara -- you are an amazing, courageous person, and I'm glad you have the girls as a wonderful daily reminder of your dear husband.
Cam was a member of our team at Verizon Business. He was loved by all of his team members. Truly, he is one the strongest people that I have ever seen. He was always working and pitching into help.
I lost my father when I was 17 years old. This past Sunday, my Dad would have been 69 years old. There is not a day that goes by that I do not speak to him -- sometimes, it is nice things that I share, or tough time -- heck,I have even been known to cuss him a time or two. You will never stop missing a loved one but you will learn to keep them close to you in a different way.
Embrace the mourning process and do not be frightened of it. There is only one way to mourn and that is YOUR way. People will be eager to give you all sorts of advice - some will be great and some will be horrible. In time, you will learn to laugh at the horrible advice.
Please let your girls know that they are now part of a very exclusive 'club', they have their own personal Guardian Angel! There are very few of us that can say that. While I wished that I had my Dad around longer in my life, I am treasure my memories and pictures of him. I, too, am proud to have my own "Guardian Angel" - his name is Daddy.
David, Linda, Tara, the girls, and anyone who's closely affected by this tragic loss. I am truly sorry to hear of Cam's passing. I knew Cam and his family from long ago. I am truly sorry for your loss. My families thoughts and prayers are with you.
Stephen
Cam Valley was a very strong individual, a wonderful family man and a dedicated employee. I have known Cam since January 2006 and will remember him forever for his courage and his love for his family and friends. His wife Tara fought by his side and supported him through the worst battle of Cam's life. He will be missed by all and have a special place in the hearts of many. My prayers and thoughts go out to Tara, Madison, Cami and the entire Valley family.

I had only met Cam a few times and knew he was a wonderful man. I have never heard of someone who had such a strong will and fight for life. Tara, Madison and Cami will carry that love and strength with them always. Thoughts and prayers are with the entire Valley family. God Bless.
My cousin, Cam, was fun to grow up with! His spirit helped him to fight the cancer for as long as he did. I am heartened to know his ashes will be spread on a Falmouth beach he visited in his youth, and that we likely played there together as kids. May this always be a special spot for his children, Madison & Cami.
Cam and I started at MCI at about the same time and shared almost identical career paths. As we persevered through the numerous ups and downs associated with the job, his warm nature and infectious attitude, made every day the best it could possibly be.
He was one of my favorite people to talk to and I will miss the consultations, venting and the laughs at the insanity of our daily tasks. He was much more than a colleague to many of us, as he was both a valued friend and a source of inspiration. My sincerest condolences go out to his family and close friends. While I must say goodbye to my colleague and friend, he will continue to be an inspiring presence in my daily life.
What a true champion he was..He never once gave up on his battle with cancer. The love of his family was always on the top of the list. The Valleys are my neighbors and for whatever reason god made us cross paths, it has been a true blessing knowing them..I am so proud to have known such a wonderful man who knew the real meaning of life and lived everyday to his full potential.May god be with his family in their time of heartache.Rest in peace my friend..
The world lost a great man, a loving father and wonderful husband. His contagious smile could brighten up the darkest room. Our prayers go out to Tara, Madison, Cami and the family. He leaves a hole in all our hearts that will be felt for a long time. We will remember him with great fondness and always with a big smile!
Although I never met Cam I had the priviledge of meeting his wife Tara through MOPS. She has always been such an inspiration persevering through these hard times with a great faith. Your 2 daughters are blessed to have had such a great dad and to have such a great mom. I would see the family at events at Madison's elementary school and Cam was still participating even with his sickness...that is how much he loved his family.
The world lost a courageous young man, loving father and husband. The loss will leave a hole in our lives that will be felt for a long time. We pray for the loved ones he left behind and remember his infectious smile. He will be sorely missed!
Cameron Valley was a wonderful man. He fought a very difficult battle and showed true courage. Cam touched so many lives. He has left two very precious gifts with us, Madison and Cami. I know Cam has finally found peace in heaven. Our prayers are with Tara and the family.
