Although Stacy was my Uncle he only had me by 5 years. So my earliest memory of Stacy was more of a big brother. We moved from the Norfolk area when I was young and the next time I had the opportunity to spend time with Stacy was in the late 70's while in the service. Stacy always had an open door, an open heart,... and a fishing rod... It did not matter if it was 2 days or 20 years between visits Stacy always made me know I was family. I know that you have a angel in heaven and believe me, 2 days or 20 years he will still be watching over and taking care of those he loves.
Love you Uncle Stacy -- Thanks
My deepest sympathy on the passing of your husband. May your memories of the years you had together bring you comfort and ease the pain that you are feeling.

Dear Gene,
We were so shocked to hear on Sunday at the show of Stacy's passing. This is a hard time for you, Gene, but our Lord has given all us a very special gift after our loved one has gone on before us. That gift is...."memories". When you are feeling so alone, all you have to do is go back into your "memories" of the wonderful times you shared with Stacy, and he is right there with you once again!!!! May God's love embrace you and hold you in His arms and comfort you.
Blessings, Ted and Joyce
Gene & Family-we are very sad at the sudden passing of Stacy. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. As I think back to all the good times we have had over the years at dog events, Sunday afternoon cookouts, and just plan goofing off. Everytime I look at my beautiful fish that Stacy gave me, I will think of him, and how much he loved his dog, fish and family. Please have confort in the knowledge that we will all see him again in the next life.

I am shocked of the sudden death of Stacey, though I never had the chance to meet the man, I had met you. From knowing you Gene, you have become family, and therefore, has made Stacey a part of ours too! I know Stacey was a good kind hearten man, who had a love for dogs as much as you! You both had a dream to retire in Canada, and I hope you decide to carry out the dream. Keep the memories close to the heart, that's where they belong, Stacey will be looking down from heaven with a smile on his face knowing he is missed by many, yet never forgotten!
Condolences,
Kayla Hamilton
