Geib, Dorothy P.Friday, September 19, 2008
Dorothy Phillips Geib, 86, of Hopewell passed away on Friday, September 19, 2008. She was the daughter of the late John Bunyon and Hazel Page Phillips. Dorothy was a life-long resident of Hopewell who was very active in the community and was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Dorothy is survived by her husband, William H. Geib; daughter, Anne Geib and nieces, Marsha Loving, Linda Cody and JoAnne Forter. The family will receive friends at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 6 to 8 pm. A graveside service will be conducted at 11am on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Sunset Memorial Park, Chester. Any memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Homes & Family Services, 150 Linden Ave, Lynchburg, VA 24503 for Zuni Presbyterian Home. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.
