Barbara Allen Masterson, 71, of Dinwiddie, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Blandena, two sisters, Marsha and Betty, five brothers, Bill, Marshall, Frank, Bernard and Bing, granddaughter, Kristie Masterson and a son, Ralph Masterson. She is survived by her husband, Dwight Kenneth Masterson of Dinwiddie, two sisters, Ruth Diggs and Shirley Robinson of North Carolina; eight children, Kenney Masterson (Jennine) of Petersburg, Sherry Wolfe (Larry) of Hopewell, Barbie Kephart (John), April Joyner (Keith), Paula Johnson (Dickie) all of Prince George, Patty Wells (Brandon) of Carson, Kathy Bradley (Troy) of Disputanta and Keith Masterson of McKenney; twenty four grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Monday, September 22, 2008 from 6 to 8 pm. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 pm on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at Monumental Baptist Church in Petersburg.
