Robert E. McIlroy, age 83, of Chesterfield, VA, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2008. Born in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Earl R. and Gertrude Rapp McIlroy. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Doris M. McIlroy; daughter, Linda McIlroy, of Santa Fe, NM; and son, Robert B. McIlroy, of Chesterfield.
