I was shocked to hear of Mike's passing. My condolences to his family. Mike will be truly missed. I knew Mike from many meetings over the years with the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Mike was always a pleasure to work with.

Mike was so very helpful in his working with my mother, Mrs. Bessie B. Messmer, in her tax business. He was more than just an employee. He was there during her illness and helped out in many ways beyond his job description. He was so reliable and dependable, that there was the chance he could be taken for granted. Mike could be depended upon to do whatever he said he would do, and do it well. He will be greatly missed in many ways. Our love and deepest sympathy to Paula and the family. Mike will be remembered for all he did to help others.

We were truly sorry to hear of Mike's passing. Having served with him in the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents for many years Mike was considered not only a business associate but a dear friend. We offer our sincere condolences to Mike's family during this sad time.
