Resnick, KathleenSunday, August 10, 2008
Kathleen Anne Resnick, 60, of Chesterfield died August 10, 2008. She was the daughter of the late SFC George H. and Catherine Liszka & the wife of Larry Resnick. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, received Associates Degree in Accounting from Richard Bland in 1990, where she received the Wall Street Journal Award, & graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is survived by four children, Todd Resnick & wife, Michelle of Chester, Christine M. Resnick & husband, Oihub Benchekh of Alexandria, Adam Resnick & wife, Melondy of Broadway, NC, Jennifer L. Dudley & husband, Chris of Matoaca; six grandchildren, Victoria and Hunter Dudley, Alex and Rachel Resnick, Caleb and Zachary Messer, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at Blandford Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm Tuesday at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association- Richmond Chapter, 2788 Hydraulic Road, Suite 4, Charlottesville, VA 27410. Todd, Christy, Adam and Jenny - I was really sorry to hear about your mother, she was a great lady. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I was sorry to hear that Kathy passed.
