James Beckwith Fuller, 93, of Petersburg passed away on Monday, June 30, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Irving Fuller and Mamie Cogle Fuller and his wife, Louise V. Fuller. He is survived by his sons, J. Dwight Fuller and Mark S. Fuller; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 7 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 10 am on Thursday, July 3, 2008 with burial following at Blandford Cemetery. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com.

Dear Mark and Dwight and families,
We've just heard of your father's passing and want to express our heartfelt sadness. Our families were so close for so many years that his loss is a true loss to our family as well. Your parents were both such caring and special people. I always thought of them as the aunt and uncle that I didn't have.

Far too many years have passed and we would love to be back in touch with youall. We have so many shared memories.

Both of you and your families are in our hearts and prayers as we know that this is such a difficult time for you.

We thought we could make it to the service for Beck, but couldn't. We remember wonderful times on Arch St. and what wonderful folks your parents were. Southern gentleman and lovely southern lady. Glad that Richard,Tracy, Jessica and I knew them.
