Williams, Bertha M.

Bertha Mae Williams, 93, of Colonial Heights died Sunday, April 27, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Edgar Stewart Fleming and Mary Frazier Rooker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Williams and a daughter, Jean E. Middleton. She was a long time member of the Assembly of God Churches. She is survived by a granddaughter, Pamela S. Hamblin and her husband Todd of Dinwiddie; two grandsons; Todd Middleton and his wife Jodi of Amelia County and Brad Middleton and his wife Beth of West Va., three great grandchildren; Jeffrey, Joey, and Bethany Hamblin; nephews Alton T. Williams of Charles City, Dale Baird and Rev. David Baird both of Ebony, Va. and numerous other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 30. The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. with services to follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
