Toler, Nellie "Juanita" H.

Nellie Juanita Horne Toler of Stony Creek changed her residence on Friday, March 21, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Aubrey Rives Horne and Elsie Nunnally Horne of Petersburg. Juanita was born February 8, 1943 in Petersburg. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church of Petersburg and was a former employee of J.M. Fields Department Store. She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy D. “Buddy” Toler who united with her in holy matrimony on Easter Sunday, April 2, 1961. She is also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Jim R. Toler; mother-in-law, Etheleen Stallings Toler and brother-in-law Steve Toler. She is survived by a loving devoted daughter, Natalie Lynn Toler and beloved dog Nikkie Toler of Stony Creek; cousins, Bobby Horne (Patsy), Katherine Horne, Carolyn H. Fields, Johnny Horne, Deborah Horne and Ruth Spain; sisters-in-law, Shirley Toler, Aileen Barnes (Derwood), Faye Ryder (John), Carolyn Eubanks, Janice Richards (John), Joyce Nolen (Larry), Linda Jernigan, and Hilda Keene; nephews, John Ryder (Gina), Gary Eubanks (Julie), David Harman (Teresa), Chris Jernigan, Richard Toler (Jessica), and Donnie Keene; nieces, Debbie Taylor (Kevin), Laura Crabtree (Steve), Angie West (Cliff), Tammy Ryder, Karen Sheffield (Larry), Kim Williams, Christina Boyd (John), Susan Keene, Angel Toler, Jennifer Toler and many special friends. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, March 24, 2008 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the Chapel. The interment will follow at Blandford Cemetery with Rev. Tom Lovorn presiding. Please accept my sincere condolences. Knew "Nita"and "Buddy" and Families back in Blandford. I know they are missed by all who knew them.
