Lillian Dance “Grandma” Bryant, age 87, of Richmond, VA, died on Sunday, March 16, 2008. Born in Chester, VA, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Lola Graves Dance. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Lester E. Bryant, Sr. and grandson Warren Hinton, Jr. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and took great pride in raising her family. She is survived by her children, Les Bryant and wife Carol, of Richmond, VA, Barbara B. Hinton and husband Warren, of Cumberland, VA, and Nancy B. Shultz and husband Richard, of Richmond, VA; grandchildren, Jeffrey Hinton and Ricky Shultz; great-grandchildren, Zakkary, Travis, and Morgan; and sisters, Lois Reeves, and Marguerite St. Clair, both of Chester, VA. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 from 5 to 7 p.m. A private graveside ceremony will be held at a later time.
