Daniel Grant Hubbard, 70, a resident of Waverly, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg VA. He is survived by two sisters, Esther Griffith and her husband, David, of Sparta GA and Patricia Beaman and her husband, Larry, of Franklin, VA; two brothers, James W. Hubbard and his wife, Barbara, of Lagrange GA and Detrick Lee Hubbard, Jr., of Dewitt GA; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in Wakefield Cemetery, Wakefield, VA, with the Rev. Raleigh Nunnally officiating. Purviance Chapel, J.T.
