Dear Katherine, Fred and I are out of town and heard through email that Sam had passed away. Please accept our deepest sympathy during this most sorrowful time in your life. My Dad, Frank Dyer, thought Sam was the greatest guy. Sam showed great compassion for his fellow man. He was a very thoughtful and kind person, who never hesitated to express these feelngs openly. May God comfort you and give you strength to go forth.

Dear Mrs. Patterson,

I wanted to write personally and say how sorry both Michelle and I are to hear of Mr. Patterson's passing.

I have fond memories visiting you and Mr. Patterson's home as a child and running up and down your the hill in your front yard. I also recall the times you would come and visit us in Florida. I especially liked visiting both of you when Beatle the cat came to live with you when we would come to visit in Petersburg.

Now that Mr. Patterson has gone home to be with the Lord, may he bring comfort to you during this time.

God bless!

Paul Ayres
