Condolences
On behalf of the Virginia Police Chiefs Foundation, we want to send our condolences to the loved ones of Charlie Crews. Our office is located in the one of the buildings that Charlie cared for, and each of us had our own personal experiences with Charlie that made our days so much brighter. He always went above and beyond what his duties called for, and he always took the time to say hello and give a smile to anyone who happened to pass by. Each one of us here enjoyed our little chats with him, and felt like he was a part of the Foundation family. We were shocked and saddened to hear of his passing, and would like to express our deepest sympathies to his family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God strengthen and comfort you during your time of need.

I work in one of the buildings that CB Richard Ellis manages. Charlie and I use to talk about military life, his love of traveling with his wonderful wife and worshipping the sun god. He was one of a kind! I will miss him very much. I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

We were so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. He was a bright and cheery element here in the Forest Office Park. Every time we saw Charlie, always eager to please, our day was better. We could count on him, his mechanical expertise and his good humor. We at Atlantic Business Consultants will miss him.

Deloris, I want you to know that our work day will never be the same without your husband to brightly saunter in to help us with whatever our insignificant problem was for the day. He was always smiling and happy and nothing was ever too much trouble. We will sorely miss him and I am so sorry for your loss. Karen Henline Commonwealth Physicians for Women, Ratcliffe Building
