Warren, Dallas 'Jackie'

Dallas Graham “Jackie” Warren, 54, of Aberdeen Rd., Wakefield, died Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at his home. Born on February 11, 1953 he was a son of the late Dallas Graham Evans and Hazel West Riddick. He had been a truck driver and mechanic with R. A. Goodrich Trucking of Wakefield for 20 years. He loved working on his John Deere tractors and Harley Davidson motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Debbie Corbitt Warren; daughter, Tammy Michelle Warren of Wakefield; brother, George Evans and his wife, Sue, of Portsmouth; uncle, William Thomas West of Suffolk; nephew, Steve Evans of Chesapeake; several great nieces and nephews; his beloved dog, “Spunky”, and his favorite cat, “Mouse”.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Purviance Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home, Wakefield, with the Rev. Mark T. Habecker officiating. Interment will follow in Wakefield Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening at the Purviance Chapel from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. We are so sorry for your loss. Jackie will be missed by us all very much. However, we will look back on all the good times we had with Jackie and I'm sure it will bring a smile to our faces, as much as your memories of him will too.
