Bobbie
I'msadly missing your mother here at the Ladies Home and think of the many conversations we had over the dinner table and the little jokes we shared.
I admired her so much for her courage, spirit and compassion and will
miss her lovely smile.

Bobbie and family,

Mrs. Berkeley was such a wonderful woman, and she will surely be missed at the Ladies' Home. Although she is not with us any more, her memory will linger in our hearts, minds, and in the corridors of the Ladies' Home for years to come. It has been our privilege to have cared for her, as she has meant so much to so many people.

We love the stories that we have been told of her childhood, playing with her girlfriends in Petersburg, attending school & college together, and then raising their families together as they became young women. How fitting it is that they have all come back together to the Ladies' Home to live out the rest of their lives. She has been a true inspiration to all of us, and you have certainly been a devoted daughter. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family today and in the days ahead.

Fondly,
Teresa Weeks and staff of the Petersburg Home for Ladies
