Betsy, my heart is filled with deep sorrow to hear of Sandy's passing. I prayed for his recovery and that God would grant each of you the strength to help him through his sickenss. God in His infinite wisdom has chosen to take Sandy into His heavenly home where he he will suffer no more. I will continue to pray for you and the children during this time of profound grief. I am so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. He was a very good man that loved his family dearly. I had tremendous respect for him and always trusted his integrity. He loved life and deserved more. He was so excited about his retirement - getting time to spend with his family, playing golf with his dad, participating in the Shriner parades - he deserved more. I miss him. I pray he is in a better place. His family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I would like to offer my sincerest condolences to Betsy, Rachel, John, and the rest of Sandy's family. I worked with Betsy for 20 years and got to know Sandy some and know he was a good person and a devoted family man. It's tragic that he would be gone so soon after he and Betsy retired.
