Shelby Ann Armstrong, age 63, of Sioux City, South Dakota, died on Wednesday, January 2, 2008. She was preceded in death by her mother Shelly Rackley Kennedy and her husband Vernon Armstrong. She is survived by her father Raymond Kennedy, daughters; Diana Michele Fisher and husband Fred, of Sioux City, IA, Pam McClanahan and husband Sean, of Des Moines, IA; son; Chip Jackson; brother; Michael Kennedy of Steven City, VA; sisters; Angela of Chesterfield, VA, Bonnie of Leroy, NY, and Cathy of Lagrange, NC; grandchildren, Gwyneth, Cameron, Penelope, Naomi, Joshua, Jessica, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held there on Wednesday, January 9 at 11 a.m., with interment following in Sunset Memorial Park.
