From our family to yours, we extend our deepest condolences. We've followed your dad's progress these past few months and have always kept him in our prayers. God has a reason to call everyone back, your dad included, some day. This was Jack's time. He's now in a much better place where the air is fresh, the breeze is cool and he can look down over his entire family to see how they're doing, then sit back, relax and say to himself, "I've done good!". :)
