Johnson, Charles T.

Charles T. Johnson, 74, of Disputanta, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at his residence. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, M. Virginia Johnson; step-children, Kristin Farwig of South Carolina and Jefferson T. Larkin of Colonial Heights; and devoted friends, Richard and Gale Titmus of Dinwiddie. Mr. Johnson served in the U. S. Marine Corps. during the Korean Conflict and was a machinist for many years and he retired from Fort Lee. He was an avid gardener who loved the outdoors, a skilled wood carver and a lover of music. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at the Petersburg Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
