Page Loftis Hunt, 85, of Petersburg, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 4, 2007. She was preceded in death by her parents, James B. Loftis and Mattie Bradshaw Loftis; her husband, Woodrow H. Hunt, Sr. and a brother, James B. Loftis, Jr. Page was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church and Leader of the Presbyterian Women’s Circle. She is survived by her sons, Woodrow H. Hunt, Jr. and wife, Betty S. of Bristow, VA, Robert P. Hunt and wife, Barbara M. of Stafford, VA and Thomas G. Hunt and wife, Shirley F. of Chester, VA; grandchildren, Stephanie, Sydney, Suzanne, Bryan, Diana and Leslie; great-grandchildren, Madeleine, Abigail, Ben, Robby and Page; a sister, Virginia L. Manning of Newark, DE and a sister-in-law, Eleanor Loftis of Brookneal, VA. The family will receive friends at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Friday, December 7, 2007 from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held at Covenant Presbyterian Church on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 2 pm with Dr. Sarah T. Nave officiating. Burial will follow in Southlawn Memorial Park. Flowers are welcome, or contributions may be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church. Condolences

We were on a trip to Sumatra when Virginia sent the email about Page's homegoing. We just opened the email this morning and want all of you to know that we are praying for your comfort and peace.
