Tyree, Wanda M.

Wanda Miller Tyree, of Chester, VA, went to be with the Lord Monday, December 3, 2007, on her birthday at age 45, surrounded by her family. She was born in Richmond, VA, the daughter of the late Sonny Miller and still surviving Pearl S. Griffith of Saxe, VA. Wanda was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter and sibling, and she was a big fan of Winnie the Pooh. She was preceded in death by husband Roy G. Tyree and grandson Brandon Kent Moody. She is survived by her daughter, Audrey T. Moody and husband Brian of CO; son, Anthony Tyree, of Chester; grandmother, Betty Stephenson of Chesterfield; brothers, Kenny Miller and wife Diane, of Chester, Rodney Griffith and wife Cathy, of Charlotte Courthouse, VA; and two sisters, Sheila Rakowsky, of Chester, and April Buskell and husband Rick, of MI; a step-mother, Angie Miller of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Chesterfield Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son on Thursday, December 6, 2007, from 6 to 8 p.m. A graveside funeral service will follow in Dale Memorial Park on Friday, December 7, at 1 p.m. Condolences to the family may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com
