Condolences

I'll always cherish the many funny and beautiful memories of Mr. Wesley Lampe. His warmth and love exuded as soon as he entered a room and his many stories and jokes captivated us for hours on end. My parents, Howel and Alice Klingel, also thought the world of Wes and Donna for good reason. I can just imagine what kind of partying is going on in Heaven right now. Knowing all of them, I am sure it is costume oriented. Your family is truly blessed to have had such loving and giving parents. My deepest sympathies go out to each and every one of you for this tremendous loss in your life. With all my love and prayers, I hope your endearing and treasured memories give you sustenance for the days ahead.

There will always be a place in my heart for Wes. There isn't a Sunday that goes by that I don't think of him sitting next to me at Oak Grove. I will always treasure his Army stories of the U.S. Calvery that he shared with me a few years back when we made a Christmas trip to the girl's home in Jarratt delivering "goodys" to those in need and spending the day together. Always remember TIME is the greatest GIFT you can ever give a loved one as we enter this holiday season. May we live our lives to the fullest as Wes was such an example and never give up. My deepest sympathy to Lampe family.

Mr. Lampe was a real gentleman and friend. He always had a smile for everyone he met and was always so pleasant to be around. He was a treasured friend to my Dad Dave Meikle and my mother Myrtle for many years. He was also a great letter writer. We will surely miss him in Carson. My sincere condolences to your family. I share your pain in his loss.
