Mrs. Thelma Traylor Wilson, 90, widow of Garland Wilson and formerly of Colonial Heights, Va., died Sunday, October 28, 2007 at Harbor Health Care in Lewes, DE. Mrs. Wilson was a native of Ettrick, Va. and was the daughter of the late Merritt M. and Martha Thrift Traylor. She was preceded in death by sisters, Bernice Reigner and Margaret Traylor and a brother, Alvin Traylor. She was a member of Highland United Methodist Church, and retired from Civil Service at Fort Lee in 1980. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Nancy Wilson of Bethany Beach, DE; granddaughter, Melissa Lewis & husband, Steve, and great granddaughter Elaina Lewis, all of Moore, OK. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, November 2 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T.Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday November 3, in Blandford Cemetery with the Rev. Bill Rawlings officiating. Condolences

I am Gladys Groome's brother and have known your mother for seventy years. Due to my health, I cannot come to the funeral home or the service, but my thoughts and prayers are with you. Your mother was a real blessing in Gladys' life.
