Vaughan, Betty C.

Betty Copeland Vaughan, 66, of Petersburg died Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Southside regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Isabelle Andrews Copeland; husband, Richard L. Vaughan and her daughter, Martha Ellen Vaughan. She is survived by her brother, John Copeland and wife, Debbie and their granddaughter, Corie; sister, Martha Copeland Gates and husband, David; nephews, Steve, Tim and Eric Gates and a number of cousins. A visitation was held on Friday, October 19, 2007 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service form 6 to 8 pm. A graveside service will be held today at 2 pm in Blandford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Richmond’s Children Hospital or the SPCA.
