Blalock, Willie A.

Willie A. Blalock “Jackie”, 66, of Petersburg, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Petersburg and the daughter of the late Weldon L. and Alice Wilson Atkins. She was a dedicated member of Lakemont Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, James Blalock; three daughters, Wonda Jackson and husband, Jimmy of Chester, Teresa Andrews and husband, Kevin of Sutherland, Sandra Reuss and husband, Lawrence of Hopewell; one son, Wayne Blalock and wife, Carol of Prince George; eight grandchildren, Michelle, Alicia, David and wife, Martha, Amy and husband, Mike, Steven, Ryan and wife, Christina, Kevin, Jr.., and Tyler; nine great-grandchildren, Dillion, Racheall, James, Ashley, Misty Lynne, Colin, Giovanni, Danielle, and Madison; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm Saturday, October 20, 2007 at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
