Kathleen Odia Hughes, 43, of Hopewell, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Wilson; son, Richard Jones, Jr. and wife, Kelly; grandchildren, Richard Jones, III and Jaiden Jones; mother, Lucy Ellen Hartsell and husband, James C. Hartsell, Sr.; father, Thomas Dale Holzhauer and wife, Frances Holzhauer; brother, Thomas Dale Holzhauer, Jr.; step-siblings, Daniel Holzhauer, Angela Kay, William Holzhauer, Jeffrey Holzhauer, Craig Hartsell and James Hartsell, Jr. A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 27, at the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Condolences may be registered at www.jtmorriss.com. Condolences
I saw Kathy summer 2005 for the first time in several years. Her face beamed of happiness when she spoke of her children and grandchild. That is how I will always remember her.
