Condolences

I relied on Charles when he volunteered at the Petersburg Public Library. He came in regularly to assist with research questions we did not have time to handle. Charles would put in extra time and effort by calling on people outside the library to gather additional information. He was thorough in his approach and correspondence. Always friendly and pleasant to work with, the Library staff and I will miss him.
