Boone, Roger L.Saturday, September 22, 2007
Roger Lee Boone, age 78, of Chesterfield, VA, died on Saturday, September 22, 2007. He was born in Ellicott City, MD, the son of the late Fred W., Jr. and Mary E. Boone. He was a member of the Ionic Lodge # 145 Reisterstown, MD, and Boumi Shrine Temple, Baltimore, MD. Mr. Boone is survived by a loving wife of 48 years, Lois A. Boone; two children, Allison L. Corbin and husband Eugene of Chesterfield, and Lawrence M. Boone of Dallas TX; three grandchildren, Alex L. and Heather M. Corbin, and Megan D. Edwards; and one sister, Marilyn Walker of Westminster, MD. The family will receive friends at the J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Chesterfield on Monday, September 24, 2007 from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will follow there on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Interment will be held in Dale Memorial Park, Chesterfield. Lois: Bob and I were saddened to hear about Roger. The last time I had contact with you I did not know he was getting sick again. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
