Greetings,

I was very sad to hear of the loss of Kay. She was a loving, giving, and amazing mother and wife and a wonderful person to get to know. I well remember trying to come up with a meun that didn't use onions, and then getting so far behind that Eric and Jessica were helping me prepare the meal while Ralph and Kay patiently waited. Jessica and I felt blessed to know such a fine, connected family and we were so impressed with the love and loyalty shared among the family members. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. What a marvelous, selfless legacy she leaves for all to follow!

Mrs. Brauer was a loving and giving woman who always thought of others. She had a kind word for everyone. It was clear to see how much she loved her children and her husband. My thoughts are with you through this very sad time. Please let me know if I can help in any way!

Love, Jessica

I only met her a couple of times...she loved her children. I felt that she had a lot of courage to adopt 3 children in a short period of time. She had a life as a mother, very much the same as any other mother...and recently as a grandmother. I only wish that I had seen her with Rexton, but I am sure it was a joy for her. I am thinking of you all and know the loss that you are feeling. You are all in my thoughts.
