Connelly, John A.

John Alexander Connelly, 73, a lifelong resident of DeWitt, passed away Thursday, August 09, 2007. He was the son of the late Hugh B. and Larlie Ogburn Connelly, a lifelong member of Rocky Run United Methodist Church and a charter member of the DeWitt-Rocky Run Ruritan Club. Mr. Connelly was preceded in death by a sister, Katie C. Rollings. He is survived by his sister, Lula C. Wyatt; nieces, Donna W. Brockwell and husband, Bruce and Patty Wyatt; great-nieces, Jessica Geist and husband, Greg and Andrea Brockwell; great-nephew, Austin Pulver; great-great-niece, MacKenzie Costa; cousins, Landon H. Connelly, Jr. and wife, Elizabeth, James S. Connelly and wife, Sharon and their children, Heather and Dalton Connelly. A graveside funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, August 10, at Rocky Run United Methodist Church with the Rev. Karen Workman officiating.
