Fowlkes, Jessie Mae Shelton Graves, 81, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2007. She was the daughter of Jesse J. Shelton and Flora Pollard Shelton. Jessie was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by two daughters, Garnett Graves Hose of Richmond, VA and Faith Graves Saleeby of Chester, VA; one son, Warren D. Graves of Springfield, VA; one sister, Faye Alison of Clearwater, FL; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husbands, Garland G. Graves and Eugene “Gene” Fowlkes and by a daughter, Betty Graves Misegades. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 14, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home 3050, W.
