Richard James Bill, 56 of Carson, VA died Sunday, July 8, 2007 at John Randolph Medical Center. He was born in Kittery, Maine and was predeceased by his mother Jeannette Levesque Bill and a brother Charles Bill Jr. He is survived by his father Charles Bill Sr., his loving wife of 35 years, Bonnie F. Bill of Carson, Virginia; two daughters, Sara Bill of Sanford, ME and Abby Bill of San Diego, CA; son, Matthew Bill of San Diego, CA; granddaughter, Lauryn O’Connor of Sanford, ME; sister, Cynthia Bill of Lebanon, ME, numerous nieces and nephews. He was an avid gardener, loved exploring nature and was a terrific father and husband. He was a retail manager for Staples and Ames Department Stores, graduated from Dover High School and Plymouth State College. A Memorial service will be held at a later date in Sanford, Maine. The family has requested contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
