Condolences

Annette and Family: I was saddened to read of Don's passing - I worked with Don, for many years, in the Zoning Administration Office for Fairfax County. His sense of humor, dedication and conscientiousness made him a valuable member of the staff and contributed to the success of zoning enforcement in Fairfax County. I am glad that I had the opportunity to know and work with him, and I am sorry for your loss. Jane W. Gwinn
