Brockwell, Evelyn G.Sunday, June 17, 2007
Mrs. Evelyn Griggs Brockwell, 85, of Disputanta, died Monday, June 18, 2007. She was a retired cafeteria worker at L. L. Beasley Elementary School in Prince George. Mrs. Brockwell was predeceased by her husband, Jessie Alvin Brockwell, Sr. Surviving are three sons, Jessie Alvin Brockwell, Jr. and wife Sue ; Richard Lee Brockwell Sr. and wife Edith, and J. Stanley Brockwell and wife, Denise, all of Disputanta; three grandchildren Lee Brockwell, Jay Brockwell and wife, Kristyn, and Kimberly Gray; and 2 great-grandchildren Elizabeth and Sarah Gray. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 19, 2007, from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T.Morriss and Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. in Merchant’s Hope Memorial Gardens, Prince George County. Condolences may be registered with www. jtmorriss.com. Condolences
