Evelyn Ridout Titus, 82, of Petersburg died Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at Southside Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Lawrence Franklin and Myrtle Pettway Ridout. She is survived by her husband, Jennings Harwood Titus; daughters, Nancy T. Wolcott and husband, Rob of Virginia Beach, VA, Jenny T. Culpepper and husband, David of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Katherine Harwood and David Jennings Culpepper, Lisa B. Kinton and husband, Chris and Frederick W. Beck, IV, E. Hobbs and Alex Wolcott; great grandchild, Parker Elizabeth Kinton and brother, Gilbert F. Ridout. A graveside service will be held in Blandford Cemetery on Friday, June 1, 2007 at 11 am. The family would like to extend special thanks to the nurses and staff for their care at SRMC, all the girls at Yankee Coffee Shop and Ms Hair Styling.
