Bogan, Margarette

On Friday, April 27, 2007, heaven was blessed and angels delighted by the arrival of Mama, Margarette C. Bogan. She was born on July 2, 1930 to James and Sallie Crummey in Edenton, NC. Saddened, sorrowful, and yet cherishing her memories are her husband, Wilton Warrick Bogan, Sr., a daughter, Bertha Marie (Sissy) Bogan, son Wilton W. (Boo) Bogan, Jr. and grandsons Rick and Ryan. Also sons, John, Fred, Carson and Pat and their families and Richard, Kenny, Larry and Jimmy and their families, her best friend, Lulu Leatherwood and her family, sisters Cora Rae Harris and Gloria Faye Griffin and their families. Also Agnes Davis and Elton Pommert and their families. Privileged are her family and loved ones that have passed before and are now welcoming her home. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 30, 2007 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Gary Griffith officiating. Interment will be in Appomattox Cemetery, Hopewell.
