Dale Foster Seymour, 67, of Hopewell, died, Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at his residence. . He was born in Rising Sun, Maryland. Mr. Seymour was a retired carpenter for Suitt Construction Co He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgell and Eva Hale Seymour. Surviving are his wife Sonia Dale Seymour of Hopewell, three daughters, Sandra Lynn Burrier of Chester, Bonnie Sue Seymour of Hickory, N.C., Jennifer Renee Seymour of Dumfries, Va., two sons, Dale Allen Seymour of Craigsville, Va., and Charles Thomas Seymour of Hopewell, Va., ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, a sister Nancy Cavendish of Maryland, and brother Carmon Seymour of St. Petersburg Fl. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 27, 2007 at 3P.M. in the Hopewell Chapel of J. T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Nunnally of Grace Baptist Church, Petersburg and Rev. Alex Roberts, pastor of Unity Baptist Church officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Interment will be private.
