Bob and Carol,
I truly enjoyed meeting your mother and visiting with her when I was in Virginia with Sandra.
I can remember discussing the various TV game shows. We had a great time debating which ones we considered to be the best.
She was very proud of you, Bobby. She told me all about your work on the newsletter, and she really liked the idea of having you do this for the residents.
She was a joy to meet, and I am blessed to have had some time with her.
Do take care of yourself, Carol, and the "children."
Fondly,
Marcia

Although there is little consolation in a note, please know my thoughts and prayers are with you both. Your Mother was so charming that no one who knew will ever forget her.We shared many fun times in the last few years. She would always complain that my hands were cold, so I would put them down the back of her blouse. She loved Carol like her own Daughter, and "The Grand Dogs"were sooo special. We had many debates about who had the worlds "Best Son" she said hers was, I said mine was.
I find comfort that she never lost her dignity or sense of hummer. And look forward to the day I when see her again.
Affectionately,
Penny Dolan
Bob and Carol,
I am so sorry for your loss. Please hold in your memories the wonderful times you had with your Mother. You have truly honored your Mother over all the many years she was not well. Your lives are a pattern for all of us.
Sincere sympathy, Carolyn Buko

Bobbie, June and I want you to know we are thinking of you at this time. Your Mother was a very special person to both June and me. She always had such a pleasant personality. I remember when she substituted for Mrs. Mary Goodrich at the Wakefield Elementary School. During recess she threw "pop fly balls" to the boys. She could really throw.
Also, many times I saw your Mother visiting Kathleen Reville, just several houses up from Mother's. We always took time to visit with each other. Please remember us to your family.
