Condolences

I'm sorry I couldn't have been with all the family today. I will always hold Mary in the highest esteem as she was a Lady, indeed, and was
so anxious to make folks comfortable and well fed!
Every time I put a bit of sugar in a recipe, I thought of one of Mary's hints for making a recipe more tasty by just ading a little sugar to anything you're cooking.....and it really works!

She's at peace now, with the Lord.

Mary...you will be missed dearly. You didn't hold back what you thought yet you were sweet as honey. I'll forever remember the spread you put on just for me when I visited while doing the Clarke family research. It was at least an eight course meal. The corn pudding was my favorite.
Thanks for your caring and loving ways. You can see and hear again now.
