Condolences

To the Family,
What a wonderful woman your wife/mother was. I worked with Ilse for many years in the Hoffman Buildings. She worked very hard and did many good things for our soldiers, in fact, your mother was responsible for the Female Accession Program. She was always trying to make the program better. She served our Army and country with distinction. We enjoyed her friendship as well and she always spoke highly of Jim and their children, she was very proud of all of you. She would not want you to cry but to remember the fun times and I know there was many. She told me that she always made a cake the first day of school for her children. Because of her, I did that when my children started school, they have since graduated and still talk about that periodically. She has left so much behind to remember. I will always smile when I think of her! I am honored to have known this fine woman. God Bless you all and thank you so much for sharing her with us.
