Estelle Elizabeth Sirles, 90, of Petersburg, widow of William Howard Sirles, died Monday, April 2, 2007. Born in Petersburg, she as the daughter of the late William P. and Effie Harrison Richardson. She was a member of Monumental Baptist Church. Mrs. Sirles is survived by her children, June Frances Humphrey and Shirley Sirles Fried both of Prince George, Linda Sirles Phillips of Emporia, Kenneth Sirles of Petersburg, Ronald Lee Sirles of Smithfield, Dave Sirles of Colonial Heights, Carolyn Sirles Conley of Luray, VA, and Gene Earl Sirles of Colonial Heights; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 PM Wednesday, April 4, at the Petersburg Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home & Cremation Service. A funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 AM Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Barry Ginn, Pastor of Monumental Baptist Church officiating.
